Holaaaa!  So this week was a little rougher than most, but we did have a couple of small miracles that happened! And I think pretty much my whole district was having a hard week, so it's kind of nice to know we're all in this together. Not everything is sunshine and butterflies on the mission and that's okay!!  One highlight we did have was we found a new person to teach!! Well I guess I should say she found us! Her name is Rosa and she was a self-referral and had requested a Book of Mormon online!! She said she has always wanted to read this book, but never had the chance. We had a really awesome lesson with her about the Restoration of the gospel and she was so open-minded and accepting of our message!! Her lesson was a tender mercy from the Lord because lately we have been having a hard time with Gerardo. He still is pretty doubtful of the Book of Mormon, even though he has now read a good chunk of it, so getting to teach someone like Rosa was so refreshing!!  We also ...

Hey y'all!  Okay soooo... this week started off a little rough haha. We have been able to do things in person with missionaries and members for about a transfer and let me tell you it has been the BEST! But then last week our President basically told us California was going back into quarantine and so we couldn't have district councils anymore in person. Haha I know that probably doesn't even sound like a big deal, but when you spend the majority of the week inside, district councils in person are sacred. Soo not gonna lie, I was pretty bummed and discouraged. But this week turned out to be ONE OF THE BEST weeks I've had here in California! I know that Heavenly Father HEARS and ANSWERS prayers!!  First off we are still allowed to have social distanced lessons and this week had a good amount of them that didn't fall through! Hola amigos!!  HAPPY LATE 4TH OF JULY!! Haha even though I'd give like anything to be in Argentina right now, I'm also so happy I was able to be in America for the 4th. Haha people have been doing fireworks here for the past like 2 weeks, but for the 4th of July they were like nonstop. We got to watch them from our balcony :)  Also to respond to my subject line no I'm not pregnant but I AM TRAINING AGAIN!! WAHOO!! Lol that means I'm getting a brand new missionary - fresh out of the ONLINE MTC and I get to train her for 2 transfers. In the mission we call our trainers the mom or dad and the trainees the kids soooo I'll have another hijita!! (Hence the reason I'm "pregnant" lol)  But seriously I really am SO STOKED to be training!! When I was in Argentina I got to train Hermana Nazareth for like 3 weeks and those were some of the hardest but BEST weeks of my mission.
