Doubt your doubts

Hola mis queridos!!  Ahh to be completely honest, this week was not one of my favorites so far. Sometimes missionary work is hard and frustrating. But that's okay! I learned some valuable lessons and have been able to come closer to my Heavenly Father through it.  We had transfers on Tuesday so we had to take our roommate to her new area!! It was sad to say goodbye, but we welcomed a lot of new people to our zone. I was just super grateful I get another transfer to be with Sister Rawlings and finish her training!! We had a 6 weeks training meeting on Wednesday where all the trainers and trainees met with President and we discussed how the training is going and ways we could improve. It was actually an amazing meeting where I learned some ways I can improve as a trainer and show more Christ-like love to my companion by being the best trainer I can be! She still struggles with her Spanish a bit and it's just crazy because I remember being in my training and knowing EXACTL...

Hey yall!!  This week was pretty good! It went by so fast even though the work was a bit slow so this email won't be too long.  The highlight of the week was defintely the exchanges!! We got to do extra exchanges with other spanish sisters since Hna Rawlings is in her training and it was SO FUN!! I got to leave Chino and go to Glendora with Hna Carpenter!! She is a reassigned missionary from Chile and so we got to relate through our experiences in South America!! We got to go to this authentic Argentina store that had a ton of Argentinian goods!! I WAS IN HEAVEN!! She also taught me how to properly make mate since I wasn't allowed to drink it in Salta and it was AMAZING!! Haha mate is life. It was an awesome day to kinda relive and have someone who could relate to my experiences in Argentina!! VIVA ARGENTINA! We kept teaching most of the same people consistently this week. Most of them are progressing pretty well and we got to share the Restoration Proclamation wit...

Holaaaa my friends!!  How was your week??  This week was pretty great and flew by!! Not too much happened so this one won't be too long but I do have a lot of pics (which is I know all you guys want to see haha). We had a mission conference this week over Zoom which was AMAZING!! Except... it was literally 8 hours of staring at a tiny android phone screen, which wasn't exactly ideal. But it did give me a lot of respect for all those doing online MTC and doing online school haha. Y'all are troopers! One thing I LOVED about this conference was that we focused a lot on our purpose as missionaries which is to bring others to Christ through the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. I was reminded of how focused and hard I worked before the quarantine and we decided as a mission we didn't want to let COVID give us excuses. I know I am here in California because there is still work to do and there are people the Lord is preparing to receive His gospel!  This week we sadly lost...

Hey y'all!  This week was pretty good! Sad to say I think it was actually even slower than last week in the sense that the majority of our lessons fell through... but that's okay! It just made me appreciate the lessons we did have even more!  We had exchanges and interviews this week with President which was fun! We got to go to the mission home which was beautiful! The last time I was in a mission home was the first day I got to Argentina last November. Crazy to think how much has changed since then! Interviews with President Hall were different than any other interview I have been to before, but it was good! Each mission President I've had has been amazing and definitely have each taught me a lot from their own personality and perspective on the gospel. I had exchanges with Sister Santistaban, one of the STLs I live with, and it was cool to learn from her. Even though she doesn't speak Spanish, she was able to bear her testimony to Naty in a powerful and personal way ...
