The one where she takes her to the airport:(

 Hey y'all!!

I know I say this every week but I swear this week flew by faster than any other week! Today ends another transfer of my mission and I cannot believe it went by that fast!!

My companion Hermana Dimond is actually returning home tomorrow (I have to take her the airport sadlyyyy) and I know already it's going to be a hard goodbye. It feels like just yesterday I came to El Monte and met her!! She is probably one of the most Christlike people I have ever gotten to serve around and I feel so lucky to have been her companion, even if it was only for the end of her mission! I think I also just enjoyed serving with her because we complemented and challenged each other so well! I don't think I've ever worked harder, been pushed out of my comfort zone more, or grown in such a spiritual capacity than this past transfer!!

This week was kind of a roller coaster filled with ups and downs, but at the end of the day I know that the Lord has been guiding us and the work we have been doing. We found a lot of new people to teach which was so awesome and have had some consistent lessons with the Cano family!! But we also sadly had many of our investigators stop answer us and not keep their commitments which is always disappointing. My favorite miracle of this week however was probably Mario! He is a friend we actually found through Facebook because he said he wanted a Bible! We were a little scared to meet with him in person on Wednesday because we had no idea what to expect, but he turned out to be super interested! We met with him on Friday a second time and then gave him a church tour on Sunday and it was really cool to see his countenance change in such a short period of time. He has sincere desires to learn more about the Book of Mormon and accepted a date to be baptized! Sadly he doesn't live in our area so we can't continue to keep teaching him but hopefully we can stay in communication with him as other missionaries continue to help him progress!

Sorry this email is a little short, but I just wanted to say that I know that I am so grateful for this gospel and the opportunity that I have to be a full time servant of the Lord. This work is not easy, in fact it rarely is, but is 100% worth it because I know that the knowledge of a loving Heavenly Father and the healing power of our Savior's redeeming atonement has changed my life! And I know there are people in every corner of the world that deserve to hear this message! They may not accept it in my time here as a missionary, but I know God has a plan for them and as long as I do my part to help them on their path back Him that's all that really matters!! Love you all!! Have a great week!

Con amor,
